On Tues, June 28, 2016, tech Chris was very nice, and informative, in answering my question about Verizon phones, however, they carry no inventory and it may take up to ten days to arrive at store. Over the past few years the store has had exactly what supplies I've needed on each of my visits.
Ever since the store shrunk in half, the staff shrunk to almost non-existent.
